IEEE or ACM Subcription

I think we need to subscribe on IEEE or ACM library to get access to scientific materials. It's important if someone going to pay attention to real scientific investigation in future. I believe co-subscription would be not so expensive for us. Ideas?

Need to know how much it would cost.
And going to pay for it, if the cost is reasonable.

Sure! Are you going to participate? I didn't know about your
plans into scientific areas. It's a bit amazing.
As the first step I'm going to figure out are there possibility
to take such access to materials through University or something like this.

I think we are not a organization for IEEE or ACM. We are a group of peoples, not a organization from point of law.

Right! But electrotechnical university is significant organization and it must have access. Moreover, person's participation is allowed too.
