Greatest conference in russia, call for participation

I would like to suggest to take part of 5th Central and Eastern European Software Engineering Conference in Russia (CEE-SECR 2009) – the key software event in CEE countries. This a real possibility to start (or continue) IT career by right way. The full Information letter attached.

I think we are able to prepare papers in next areas:

- OLPC development model, programming environment and so on...
  - MAEMO as mobile device platform
  - Mesh networking: current state, problems and solutions
  - Something from last activity like EPM plug-in...

By the way Pavlik's paper that we know as symbian essay is another good topic, IMO.
