Description

Add a maillist via mailman support. Mailman avail in lists.osll.spb.ru

It is necessary to write a plugin for mailman integration.

It is a necessary add tab with frontend for mailman. This tab gives next functions:
  1. add new maillists
  2. include mailman engine into redmine (need some investigation)
