As this is a collective work, collect signed-off-by of all the authors and place them in the appropriate patches.

The task is resolved, and what are the results?

I guess that all patches should be signed-off-by Mike (Михаил Кринкин) and Ivan Bezyazychnyy. If versions touched by Pavel were submitted, that his signed-off-by should also be present.

The patch management obscurity is what's definitely wrong in this project.
If there's current repository with current patches, please put its name on wiki, so that everyone could see it.
If there's none, I'd suggest to use github finally.
