Description

Just take the sample for EXP traffic and adapt it to our needs.

Added 3g-3g udp model, also modified 3g model code for better generality (though it arguably needs more work).
I committed this to the `bsc-amelichev' project repository because it logically belongs there (along with the 3g-3g udp model & results).

So `msc-amelichev' repository is still empty (but this will end soon :-))
