не удается установить HWMP.
Делаю следующее:

1. Update Ubuntu:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade
sudo apt-get install libxt-dev
2. Download the NS-2.33 and HWMP All-in-One Package here:
wget http://hippo.mipt.ru/hwmp/ns-2.33_hwmp_rev183.tar.bz2
3. Untar the file:
tar xvf ns*.tar.bz2
4. Configure and Install NS2
cd ns
./configure
make
sudo make install

Команда ./configure выдает ошибку что не может найти путь к tcl.

переустановил NS2+HWMP.
Нашел новый способ. Без указания библиотек из ns2-allione-2.33.tar.bz2.
Я просто заменил папку ns2-2.33 в директории ns2-allione-2.33 на ns2-2.33 из директории ns-2.33_hwmp_rev183.
И начал установку по пунктам как обычный ns2-2.33 - http://nsnam.isi.edu/nsnam/index.php/Installing_ns2.31_on_Ubuntu7.04
