We need some king of VM with environment so that we can teach newcomers. Do u have a HW? If not we should discuss

What do you mean? create VM and distribute it to newcomers or host VM for them? If you meant host, that what format we use? 24/7?

Yes, there are two options:
- create VM
- create common user and maybe chroot environment on my or your server which can be accessible by ssh

We can deploy VM into VmWare Server infrastructure on your server. I don't have so powerful servers for VMs
