• read and understand base information about wireless networks (understand domain)
• read and understand information about power management in mesh networks
• read and understand information about kernel development process

2 semester goals:

• describe subtasks of power management implementation and the ways of implementation
• write to wireless linux mailing list
• first verions of tasks implementation
• learn how to present implementations as patches
• learn how to run kernel with power management support on real hardware
• learn the ways of testing

3 semester goals:

• testing and improvements
