Protein analysis engine

The project is aimed to develop software for simulation and analysis in molecular biology. To take the first step in this field of research, it is necessary to develop the module for protein synthesis simulation. Simulation algorithms are based on "molecular vector machine", which describes the process of protein synthesis from nucleic acids and DNA triplets, to sophisticated protein structure.
